One of the best things I have started doing, everyday, is including a green smoothie in my morning routine. When starting my day I like to give myself the tools I need to have the best day possible and what you eat is a huge part of that. A green smoothie is the first this I eat most mornings and it feels awesome to start my day on such a healthy note by really fueling my body in the best way possible. This is an excellent way to get some, if not, all of your greens in for the day and set your day up for success. I know I have always have a hard time eating enough greens throughout my day; you just need so many of them! Sometimes I am on a salad kick and will eat one or 2 a day, but other days I am just not in the mood for a salad. I love to sneak greens into my meals when cooking, but to get big helpings of them, it can be tough.
